Terms and Conditions

  1. Initial consultation is free of charge.
  2. Proposal & Quote – Proposal will provide an itemised list of work to be done and quote the price.
  3. If accepted by the Client, the first payment of 50% of the quoted price is due.
  4. The payment is not refundable.
  5. The work will commence upon the receipt of payment and the content supplied by the Client.
  6. Review – The Client will be offered opportunities to review the design before publishing.
  7. AzhdayaDesign will make minor adjustments to the design that AzhdayaDesign deems reasonable. AzhdayaDesign reserves the right to decide what adjustments are reasonable without Revising the Proposal and Quote.
  8. The Final payment of 50% of the quoted price is due after the Review.
  9. The Final payment is non-refundable.
  10. The publishing of the site is subject to the Final payment. No work will be released or published before all the moneys due are received.
  11. Any changes requested by the Client after the commencement of work will be a subject to a Revised Proposal and a Revised Quote.
  12. Deadlines - The deadline for the completion of the work will be outlined in the Proposal. AzhdayaDesign takes no responsibility for the late completion in the event of the content being supplied late by the Client. The time frame outlined in the Proposal will begin at the date all the content is supplied by the Client.
  13. Content – The Client is solely responsible for supplying all the  content within the agreed timeline. Failure to do so may result in  delays.
  14. Content editing means corrections of spelling, grammar and punctuation, to the text supplied by the Client. AzhdayaDesign may also include suggestions and ideas regarding the content that are inclusive part of our service.
  15. The Client guaranties that all the elements of the content provided is legal and that they have the copyrights or the permission for use.
  16. The sites are tested in the latest versions of: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari.
  17. Hosting - First year of hosting is included in the website design quote. Consequent years are payable as advertised.
  18. AzhdayaDesign cannot be held liable for down times of the server or held responsible for any resulting damages.
  19. Liability – AzhdayaDesign cannot guarantee that the functions contained in  any web page, element or in a completed web site will always be error-free and so we cannot be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this web site and any other web pages, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages.
  20. Privacy - AzhdayaDesign does not share or sell your information.
  21. AzhdayaDesign reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  22. AzhdayaDesign reserves the right to change the advertised prices without  prior notice.
  23. AzhdayaDesign reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice.
  24. We will place a small hyperlink: ‘Website by AzhdayaDesign’ in the footer of your website.
  25. All other services are payable in advance of any works commencing, and the payment is not refundable.
